As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for rigorously testing our products, identifying potential issues, and ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability before launch.

Your mission will be to be the guardian of product quality. You will understand functional requirements, design comprehensive test cases, and execute tests (manual and/or automated) to ensure that each feature meets specifications. Your focus will be on product behavior and detecting any deviations that could affect the user experience.

• Requirements Analysis: Study and understand functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation to identify test scenarios.

• Test Case Design: Create detailed test cases covering main flows, edge cases, and error scenarios.

• Test Execution: Run manual and/or automated tests following established testing plans.

• Bug Reporting: Document defects clearly and accurately, including reproduction steps, screenshots, and relevant logs.

• Fix Validation: Verify that reported bugs have been corrected correctly and have not introduced regressions.

• Functional Testing: Validate that new features and changes behave as expected in different scenarios.

• Regression Testing: Ensure that changes to the code do not negatively affect existing features.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to understand the product and improve its quality.

• Testing Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of testing methodologies (smoke, functional, regression, exploratory testing, etc.).

• Test Case Design: Ability to design effective test cases covering different scenarios and edge cases.

• Bug Tracking: Experience with bug and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, or similar.

• Manual Testing: Ability to execute manual tests methodically and document results.

• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of how web applications, REST APIs, and databases work.

• Basic SQL: Ability to perform simple queries to validate data during testing.

• Automated Testing (desirable): Basic knowledge or experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Postman.

• Experience testing Electron or desktop applications.

• Knowledge of API testing with tools such as Postman or REST Client.

• Familiarity with mobile device testing (iOS/Android).

• Basic understanding of performance testing and monitoring tools.

• Experience with test data management and test data creation.

• Basic knowledge of Git and development workflows.
