We are in the midst of rapid growth and are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the high availability, performance, and reliability of our platform, combining expertise in software development with large-scale operations.

We are looking for two positions: senior and junior.

Your mission will be to ensure that our platform operates reliably 24/7 for companies that depend on it to manage their critical infrastructure. You will not only resolve incidents: you will design resilient systems, automate operations, and build the tools that enable our platform to scale sustainably. You will work between development and operations, acting as the guardian of reliability.

• System Reliability: Ensure high availability (SLA/SLO) of the platform through proactive monitoring, incident response, and constructive post-mortems.

• Operations Automation: Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual toil.

• Observability: Design and implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies using modern observability tools.

• Incident Management: Lead the response to critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose systematic improvements.

• Infrastructure as Code: Manage and improve cloud infrastructure using IaC (Pulumi, etc.).

• Performance Engineering: Analyze and optimize platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose architectural improvements.

• Capacity Planning: Plan and manage infrastructure growth efficiently and cost-effectively.

• CI/CD & Deployments: Improve deployment pipelines, implement secure rollout strategies, and reduce deployment time.

• Disaster Recovery: Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

• Collaboration: Work alongside development teams to design more reliable and operable systems from the ground up.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Solid experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or Ansible.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (cluster management, deployments, scaling).

• Observability: Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Loki).

• Programming: Ability to develop tools and automations in TS, Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.

• CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

• Networking: Solid knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancers, CDN, VPN, firewalls).

• Databases: Experience operating relational and NoSQL databases at scale (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Knowledge of security best practices and security tools (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning).

• Familiarity with chaos engineering and resilience testing.

• Experience with cost optimization in cloud infrastructure.

• Open source contributions to infrastructure or observability tools.

• Experience in B2B SaaS companies with demanding SLAs.
