About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic MDM accounts.

You will be the ultimate owner of Net Revenue Retention (NRR), responsible for the success, growth, and satisfaction of your customers. You’ll act as a strategic partner to IT leaders and operational teams, guiding them through onboarding, technical deployment, and long-term device management optimization.

This is a senior role for someone who is highly autonomous, deeply experienced in enterprise SaaS environments, and fluent in the challenges of mobile device management, endpoint security, and IT compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Own the End-to-End Customer Lifecycle

    • Manage a portfolio of high-value MDM customers across industries.

    • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless onboarding, deployment, and scale-up.

    • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal cycles, expansions, and strategic planning.

  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

    • Take full responsibility for revenue growth, renewals, and expansion within your customer base.

    • Identify whitespace and drive upsell opportunities through new use cases, platform modules, and license expansion.

    • Mitigate churn through proactive health monitoring and risk mitigation plans.

  • Technical Enablement & Strategic Advisory

    • Guide customers through advanced device enrollment strategies

    • Provide consultative support around policy management, scripting, integrations and platform automation.

    • Lead complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders, leveraging your PMO expertise to ensure timely and successful implementation across diverse enterprise environments.

  • Customer Advocacy & Voice of the Customer

    • Act as a bridge between customer IT/security teams and Applivery’s Product and Engineering teams.

    • Turn power users into advocates through ongoing enablement and partnership

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting in the MDM, UEM, or Cybersecurity space.

  • Deep understanding of device management principles, security protocols, and IT policy frameworks (BYOD, COPE, Supervised).

  • Proven track record in SaaS customer lifecycle management, with ownership of revenue metrics (NRR, churn, expansion).

  • Confidence leading technical conversations with IT, Security, and Compliance teams.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex onboarding and implementation timelines across multiple stakeholders and countries (PMP certification is a must)

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize across multiple projects, and manage executive relationships.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Located in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).
