About the Role

What You Will Do

Are you a data-driven problem solver passionate about optimizing sales and marketing processes? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Revenue Operations Specialist!

In this critical role, you will be instrumental in streamlining our revenue-generating activities, improving operational efficiency, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify areas for improvement, implement scalable solutions, and ensure alignment across all revenue-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales and marketing workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Design and implement streamlined processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve productivity and conversion rates.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales and marketing funnel. Provide actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Technology Management: Administer and optimize our core sales and marketing technology stack, including CRM (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools. Ensure data integrity, system integration, and user adoption.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver effective training programs, sales collateral, and resources that empower the sales team to close deals more efficiently.

  • Lead Management: Oversee the lead generation, routing, and scoring processes to ensure that qualified leads are efficiently distributed to the sales team. Monitor lead flow and conversion rates, identifying opportunities to optimize lead quality and volume.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement across the revenue organization.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of all revenue operations processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Project Management: Manage and execute revenue operations projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

What You Will Need

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • A passion for driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
