QA Engineer

We are in the midst of a growth phase and are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who combines quality and engineering, with experience in automation, CI/CD, and quality metrics to ensure the technical excellence of our product. Your mission will be to lead the quality strategy from a technical perspective.

You will not only detect problems: you will design and implement automated solutions that ensure quality at every stage of development. You will work as part of DevOps/Agile teams, acting as the bridge between development, operations, and product to build resilient and reliable systems.

• Quality Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E) that run on CI/CD pipelines.

• Testing Engineering: Build tools and scripts that facilitate early defect detection and improve team efficiency.

• Metrics and Monitoring: Define and implement quality KPIs, metrics dashboards, and alert systems to detect regressions.

• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated testing into continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring that every change is automatically validated.

• Technical Leadership: Promote quality best practices within the team and help developers write more testable code.

• Performance & Security Testing: Implement performance, load, and security testing as part of the development process.

• DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle.

• Advanced Automation: Solid experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, vitest, or similar.

• CI/CD: In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

• Programming: Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.) to develop testing tools.

• Testing Strategies: Experience in testing pyramid, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).

• APIs & Microservices: Ability to test REST/GraphQL APIs and microservice architectures.

• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools.

• Quality Tools: Experience with static code analysis tools (SonarQube), coverage reports, etc.

• Experience with Electron and desktop application testing.

• Knowledge of test data management and test data management strategies.

• Experience in performance testing (JMeter, K6, Gatling) and security testing (OWASP).

• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus).

• Experience implementing chaos engineering or resilience testing.

• Open source contributions to testing or quality tools.
