Marketing & Design Assistant Intern

At Applivery, we are looking for a Marketing & Design Assistant Intern to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the design and layout of marketing and sales materials. This is a paid internship with a real opportunity to join the team full-time after the internship, based on performance and mutual fit.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in design, visual communication and UX, who wants to apply their skills in a real B2B tech environment while learning how marketing works end to end.

• Your main focus will be design and production of marketing materials, including:

  • Design and layout of sales and marketing assets:

    • Presentations (sales decks, partner decks, internal docs).

    • One-pagers, white papers and downloadable content.

    • Internal and external documents ensuring visual consistency and clarity.

  • Improve existing materials to make them more visual, clear and functional.

  • Support the Marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

  • Assist with basic social media design support (visual adaptations), while strategy, editorial calendar and copy will be led by the Marketing Manager.

  • Support in the preparation of events (materials, signage, presentations, digital assets).

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Graphic Design, UX/UI, Communication or a related field.

• Strong design-oriented profile, more focused on execution than strategy.

• High level of English (written and spoken).

• Mandatory experience with design and productivity tools, such as:

  • Figma (layouts, presentations, design systems).

  • Canva (quick adaptations and templates).

  • Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop – at least basic/intermediate level).

  • Excel / Google Sheets (basic organization and data handling).

• Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography and basic UX/UI principles.

• Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics.

• Proactive, organized and comfortable working on multiple materials at the same time

• Basic knowledge of UX writing / content structure.

• Interest in B2B, SaaS or tech products.

• Experience adapting content to different audiences (sales, partners, customers).
