About the Role
We are looking for a high-agency, deeply technical Paid Media Lead to own and execute our global acquisition engine.
This is a 100% Individual Contributor (IC) role. There are no agencies to manage, no direct reports to delegate to, and no layers of corporate bureaucracy. You will directly own our €6M paid media budget end-to-end—from strategy and capital allocation to writing copy, setting up tracking, and hitting the launch button.

What You Will Do
Own the engine: Run, optimize, and scale Applivery's paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, G2, and Gartner Digital Markets (Capterra). You aren't just a Google Ads specialist; you build cohesive, multi-channel B2B engines.
Deploy capital efficiently: Direct our €6M budget, fine-tuning bidding strategies and media mix to maximize ROI, lower CPL, and accelerate high-quality pipeline growth.
Optimize conversions (CRO): Design and run continuous A/B tests on landing pages, user flows, and ad creatives. You’ll relentlessly optimize for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Fix the plumbing: Build your own attribution models, performance dashboards, and tracking systems (GA4, UTMs). You trust data, and you make sure it’s accurate.
Own the full funnel: Align campaigns from awareness to conversion (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU), ensuring every euro spent drives revenue, not just vanity metrics.
Collaborate directly: Work alongside internal product marketing, design, and growth operations to spin up high-converting landing pages and cohesive messaging.
What You Will Need
SaaS Native: 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid media specifically for B2B SaaS companies. You speak the language of CPL, MQLs, LTV, and payback periods.
The €6M Track Record: Proven experience managing and scaling large-scale budgets efficiently. You know how to scale spend without letting efficiency tank.
Pure Execution Force: You are completely self-reliant. You don't need an external agency or an internal team to deliver results. You build, ship, and iterate yourself.
B2B Multi-channel Mastery: Deep, practical expertise with LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, G2/Capterra, and GA4.
Product Mindset: You understand that great ads fail without great landing pages. You have strong opinions on design, clear copywriting, and user experience.
Location: You are based in Madrid.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms.
Deep knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and SaaS-specific attribution tools.
Experience utilizing AI-driven optimization strategies to speed up your execution.
