About the Role

Join Applivery as a Head of Paid Media and spearhead our web and paid media conversion strategy, playing a pivotal role in driving our continued success and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to own and optimize the entire paid media funnel, converting high-intent traffic into qualified leads and ensuring Applivery remains a leader in the competitive SaaS market. In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Gartner, and G2, aligned with our overall growth objectives. Optimizing web performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates for inbound traffic. Managing and scaling ABM-targeted acquisition campaigns to engage key prospects with personalized messaging. Maintaining brand consistency and premium quality across all paid media channels. Analyzing campaign performance, identifying key insights, and implementing data-driven optimizations to improve ROI. Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the paid media landscape to identify new opportunities for growth. What You Will Do

  • Spearhead and optimize paid media campaigns across diverse channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Gartner, and G2, driving impactful lead generation and accelerating pipeline growth.

  • Strategically manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and media mix to maximize return on investment (ROI) and consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Design, execute, and analyze Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments across landing pages and user flows, enhancing conversion efficiency and user experience.

  • Develop and rigorously test audience targeting segments, A/B test ad creatives, and refine messaging specifically tailored to B2B SaaS buyers and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, design, website/product teams, and growth operations to create seamless and aligned landing page experiences, messaging, and robust attribution models.

  • Establish comprehensive performance dashboards and reporting systems to meticulously track campaign outcomes, funnel metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Remain at the forefront of marketing innovation by actively exploring emerging paid channels, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools, automation technologies, and AI-driven optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment with overarching internal objectives.

  • Strategically align paid media activities within a full-funnel marketing model (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU), ensuring that paid investments effectively support broader acquisition and convert-ready strategies.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B SaaS paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven results and ROI, with strong command of performance KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, MQLs).

  • Proficiency in campaign tools and analytics—e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Gartner Ads, GA4, UTM tracking, ABM platforms.

  • Strong skills in landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation to improve conversion outcomes.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration—experience working with teams in marketing, product, design, and growth operations.

  • Passion for experimentation, iterative improvement, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

  • Bonus: Experience with ABM, multi-channel attribution modeling, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), or SaaS-specific analytics tools.
