In parallel, Applivery Labs serves as our innovation engine—exploring bold ideas, new paradigms, and high-impact initiatives that shape Applivery’s future.

We are looking for a Head of AI to lead both pillars with equal focus and ambition.

As Head of AI, you will own Applivery’s AI strategy and execution across two equally critical dimensions:

1. Applivery Intelligence – the core AI layer embedded in the platform.

2. Applivery Labs – a high-impact innovation space for experimentation and breakthrough initiatives.

You will operate with high autonomy, direct executive sponsorship, and access to dedicated resources to drive innovation—turning ideas into production-grade capabilities or strategic PoCs.

🧠 AI Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead Applivery’s AI vision and roadmap, balancing platform evolution and frontier innovation.

• Translate business, product, and customer challenges into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.

• Continuously identify new opportunities where AI can unlock new horizons and competitive differentiation.

🚀 Applivery Intelligence (Core Platform AI)

Own the design, evolution, and delivery of Applivery Intelligence as a core product pillar.

Lead initiatives across:

• AI-driven insights and recommendations

• Predictive analytics and anomaly detection

• Agent-based and autonomous capabilities

Ensure AI features are explainable, reliable, secure, and deeply integrated into user workflows.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering to scale AI from concept to production.

🧪 Applivery Labs (Innovation & High-Impact Projects)

• Lead Applivery Labs with the same strategic importance as the core platform.

• Build and manage a dedicated “vibe coding” development squad focused on: Rapid PoC creation, High-impact experiments, Customer- and market-driven innovation

• Operate with special resources, fast iteration cycles, and high autonomy, enabling bold experimentation beyond standard roadmaps.

• Evolve successful PoCs into product features, strategic initiatives, or new business lines.

🛠️ Architecture, Models & Execution

• Define AI architecture across both pillars (LLMs, ML models, agents, RAG, vector search, data pipelines).

• Decide when to use third-party models versus building custom solutions.

• Establish standards for scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.

🔐 Responsible & Secure AI

• Define governance, guardrails, and monitoring for AI behavior and outputs.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with Security and Legal teams to manage AI-related risks proactively.

📊 Data, Learning Loops & Impact Measurement

• Leverage telemetry, logs, device data, and user behavior as core inputs for AI systems.

• Build feedback loops that allow AI to learn from real-world outcomes.

• Define success metrics for both Applivery Intelligence and Applivery Labs (adoption, automation rate, efficiency gains, business impact).

8+ years of experience in AI, ML, or advanced data-driven systems, including leadership responsibility.

Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems in production environments.

Strong expertise in:

• LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering

• RAG and vector-based retrieval

• ML lifecycle, MLOps, and AI observability

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

Fluency in English.

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT operations, or endpoint management.

• Background leading innovation labs or experimental teams.

• Thought leadership in applied AI (talks, articles, open-source contributions).
