About the Role

We are looking for a Channel Manager – EMEA to build, scale, and manage Applivery’s partner ecosystem across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our channel strategy, recruiting and enabling strategic partners, and driving indirect revenue growth across multiple EMEA markets.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Product teams to ensure partners are successfully onboarded, enabled, and aligned with Applivery’s positioning and go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on Applivery’s international expansion and long-term growth.

What You Will Do

EMEA Channel Strategy

  • Define and execute the EMEA channel strategy aligned with Applivery’s growth and go-to-market objectives.

  • Identify priority markets, partner profiles, and routes to market across the region.

Partner Acquisition & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop strategic partners (resellers, integrators, MSPs, distributors).

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners across multiple countries.

Negotiation & Governance

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment on value, incentives, and expectations.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Applivery’s partner program, tiers, and engagement models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Product teams to drive joint value propositions and execution plans.

  • Align partner initiatives with Applivery’s positioning and regional priorities.

Performance & Enablement

  • Define, track, and optimize partner KPIs (pipeline, revenue, certifications, activity).

  • Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and ongoing support.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Report on channel performance, market feedback, and competitive insights to senior leadership.

  • Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Sales, or Business Development, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise IT.

  • Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple EMEA markets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.

  • Experience working with indirect sales models and complex go-to-market structures.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise IT, security, endpoint management, or cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, or value-added distributors.

  • Experience working in fast-growing SaaS scale-ups.

  • Exposure to international expansion and multi-country GTM strategies.
